Zain Kuwait, a subsidiary of Zain Group, plans to deploy the live network monitoring, reporting and analytics software from Nokia Siemens Networks to help improve its overall customer experience.
The two new platforms, Serve atOnce Traffica and Serve atOnce Intelligence, are to provide improvements in areas of mobile network quality, customer care services and tailored marketing campaigns. The solution is to enable Zain Kuwait to monitor end-to-end network performance for each service in real time, improving the quality of every voice call and SMS.
Osamah Abou Seido, management information systems (MIS) director of Zain Kuwait, said: “All our customers have different service and quality requirements, and our task is to be agile and pro-active enough to know those requirements and turn this knowledge into fast network improvements or specifically tailored offerings."
Zain Kuwait also plans to deploy NSN’s reporting and analytics platform, Serve atOnce Intelligence (SAI) that draws data from multiple sources and reflects real-time user patterns in dynamic and flexible dashboards showing mobile terminal performance in the areas of network, roaming, international call performance, and Service Level Agreement reporting for Zain’s corporate customers.
