Helios Towers Africa, a tower sharing company, has appointed of Kevin Koch as COO.

Koch previously held senior roles at Millicom International Cellular, a mobile operator with units across Africa and Latin America. Koch was CEO at the Senegal operation, and COO of the Mauritius and Congo operations.

His most recent role at Millicom was head of Tigo Health in Dubai, a stand-alone business unit focusing on the delivery of mobile health solutions, telemedicine, insurance products and systems integration services.

Koch also holds a MBA from the National University of Singapore.
