UAE telco Etisalat has launched a promotion called ‘eLife TV Super Promo’ to attract customers to its IPTV service.

The promotion offers subscribers six months free subscription to Etisalat’s Basic eLife TV service, worth AED 138 a month.

The offer is available as part of Etisalat fixed-line eLife service and is open to existing eLife users who have not yet subscribed to the TV service, and to new subscribers.

The offer means that customers will pay only for the data and fixed-line component of eLife for the first six months, with the TV service offered as a free add-on.

eLife subscribers with 8 Mbps and higher packages are also eligible for further offers including AED 40 worth of eLife OnDemand movies every month for the first six months.

To subscribe, new customers can visit any Etisalat Business Centre or Outlet in the UAE before the offer ends. Existing eLife customers not yet subscribed to TV can call 101.

Customers must sign-up for the TV, broadband and fixed-line bundled service for one year to get the offer of six months’ free eLife TV.

Rashed Majed Alabbar VP home product marketing at Etisalat, said: “Our promotion will exceed customer expectations not only in terms of its money value, but also with the refreshing new TV viewing experience that eLife TV has to offer."
