Avaya is using its presence at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK to educate visitors on its latest innovations in enterprise communications, including video conferencing.

Nidal Abou-Ltaif, Vice President, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, says that Avaya last year acquired a video conferencing company and that its new video solution is “changing the way” people use video.

“It makes video as easy as making a call, allows people to choose their device,” he says. “The product can connect different video conferencing solutions together. Also it allows people outside the organisation to be part of that video conference. We can invite people in a secure manner to take part.”

Avaya is showcasing its solutions for Cloud and Virtualization, ‘bring your own device’ (BYOD), Social Media, contact centres and Mobility with a particular emphasis on Video Collaboration, connecting customers, partners, and staff together on their device of choice.

Avaya is also demonstrating its latest solutions offered to SME’s throughout the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. It is showing how it can help companies of all sizes enhance their business through video collaboration to provide a simple and collective user experience on any device.

Experts will be on hand throughout GITEX to demonstrate how Avaya can help companies of all sizes enhance their business through video collaboration to provide a simple and collective user experience on any device. As cost pressures continue to increase, businesses throughout the Middle East are considering video solutions as a viable option, according to Avaya.
