Zain Kuwait has deployed advanced billing mediation, provisioning and activation software from Finnish vendor Comptel Corporation.

The software will help the Zain consolidate its billing mediation transaction processing and automate the order-to-activation process, to improve time-to-market, customer satisfaction and top-line revenue generation.

Zain Kuwait upgraded its systems to achieve greater stability, increased business and operational flexibility, as well as to support IMS and LTE.
