Zain has been managing Touch in Lebanon since June 2004. The terms and conditions of the three month extension remain the same as per the current agreement between Zain and the Ministry of Telecommunications in Lebanon.

Touch, which competes with one other mobile operator, Alfa, serves more than 2 million customers. Its network covers all of the populated areas of Lebanon and the operator HSPA+ services nationwide and 4G LTE services across parts of the country.
