du has opened its second Signature Shop, in the Mirdiff City Centre mall.

The new store will provide customer services for business and consumers. The store was inaugurated by HE Abdullah Al Shamsi, du’s Board Member, in the presence of other senior executives.

The Shop offers du’s full range of quad play services - mobile, internet, fixed line and television, for individual and business customers. Customers can access a wide range of facilities at the new store, which has 21 service counters, including 5 dedicated service offices for business customers, three self-service machines, and a queuing system function. The self-service machines in the new signature Shop allow customers to complete most transactions, such as bill payment and eVoucher recharge purchases, in less than 3 minutes.

Ahmad Al Khaja, vice president Consumer Direct Channels, Commercial, du, said: “Our newest outlet is the embodiment of our commitment to adding life to life through services that bring more convenience. We chose to combine the opening of our newest outlet with Hag Al Leylah, given the number of visitors to Mirdiff City Centre. This was the ideal occasion to share the joy and positive spirit of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, while spreading awareness amongst visitors to our newest Signature Shop.”
