Contact Centre solutions provider, Vocalcom has participated in a live demo staged by Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), a subsidiary unit of Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA), which upgraded its customer contact centre recently.
During the demonstration at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2014, visitors experienced the enhancements and capabilities that Vocalcom’s Contact Centre Software All in One IT solution offers.

Vocalcom hosted live demos at its stand. The company said that businesses can improve their multi-channel customer experience by using its Mobile Customer Experience, Social Media Engagement and Web Customer Engagement.
