 Dubai based telecoms operator du, has today announced its new prepaid plan aimed at users of social media.

"Easy Social" means that du customers can access Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter and LinkedIn for free with every recharge.

Announcing the new prepaid plan, Fahad AlHassawi, chief commercial officer, du, said: "Easy Social Plan comes as the result of us listening closely to our customers, acknowledging their needs and changing habits as well as our continuous efforts to simplify our products while offering customers the best value for money. Easy social is simply meant to make life easier and enable our customers to always be connected.

The plan also allows customers to choose from a variety of minutes and data packs and includes a credit protection feature for free to avoid unwanted data charges.

Customers must recharge as usual and addition to their full credit, du will activate the free social bundle, AED 5-9 will give customers one day of social apps; AED 10-19 will give three days; AED 20-49 is valid for 10 days; AED 50-99 for 30 days; and above 100 AED will last for 60 days.
