The course provided an introduction to selling business outcomes

Batelco and a Cisco gold partner in Bahrain held a specialised training for Batelco’s account management team. The course provided an introduction to selling business outcomes.

Batelco general manager business division Adel Al Daylami explained: “The intent of the course was to provide our account management team with the core knowledge and skills needed to understand the customer business context, define technology solutions that are aligned with business requirements, and ultimately drive specific business outcomes and business value.”

“Throughout this course participants had the opportunity to apply what they learnt to real-life business scenarios through guided exercises with challenging questions at the end of each lesson,” he added.

“At Batelco, we understand that our success relies on hiring and developing our staff. We highly emphasise developing our human resources’ capabilities, knowledge and skills through training programmes whilst enriching their practical job experiences.”
