Dubai-based network operator du has launched a new promotion for pre-paid customers that will provide users with 100% bonus credit when they top up with AED 10 or more, the company announced over the weekend.

du said that the bonus credit will be applied immediately when customers recharge with More Credit, More Time or More International. The promotion is available to the company’s Pay As You Go customers and Alo customers.

“This is our way of thanking our customers for their continued loyalty by bringing surprising and exciting offers that aim to add life-to-life in various ways,” said Fahad Al Hassawi, chief commercial officer at du.

“By enabling our customers to double their recharge, we empower them to stay connected for longer, thus adding value to their day-to-day life.”

du said that customers can activate the offer for free by dialling *135*100# and choosing option one from the automated menu. This will allow customers to begin getting the bonus credit from their next recharge onwards, the operator explained.
