Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Bahrain held a workshop at their headquarters called “Turning Bahrain into a Smart Digital Hub”.

Presenters Wietse Bloemzaad, Andreas Bülow, Santiago Castillo, of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, prepared an agenda which involved discussions centred on Bahrain’s 2030 Vision, the importance of digital and how TRA could help Bahrain become a regional digital hub.

The purpose of this workshop was to contribute to knowledge development and sharing at the TRA, as well as recognising trends in the ICT sector that will allow the authority to further its objective in being a forward looking and proactive regulator.
