Maroc Telecom inks deal with VoD provider

Customers of Moroccan telecom operator Maroc Telecom can now gain access to icflix, the Dubai-based video-on-demand streaming service, at a special discounted rate.

Icflix said that it had started an exclusive partnership with Maroc Telecom, which will allow Maroc Telecom customers to subscribe to the streaming service for 50 Morrocan Dirhams by texting "ICFLIX" to 800.

“Maroc Telecom…will enable us to reach a greater number of viewers through our proposal for high-quality and varied content,” said Carlos Tibi, founder and CEO Icflix.
