Newly launched service by axiom- ‘Priority Repair’ comes with the promise of speed and convenience for smartphone and tablet customers by facilitating the UAE customers to get their device repaired within as little as one hour.

“We are committed to ensuring customers make the most of their mobile experience. However, even the best technology is prone to glitches, and we understand that the troubleshooting process can sometimes be an exasperating experience for customers, with long waits in line and extended periods of time without their mobile device,” said Faisal Al Bannai, Managing Director at axiom.

The ‘Priority Repair’ service is available to axiom customers who purchase a smartphone. The one-time subscription fee allots customers 3 priority repairs throughout the warranty period.

The service covers manufacturer’s warranty. It also comes with a money-back guarantee – if the phone cannot be repaired within 24-hours, customers will be given a full refund on their annual subscription fee.

Customers can avail axiom’s ‘Priority Repair’ service at any of the reseller’s designated service centers located across the UAE.
