du has completed the successful deployment of its 20GB broadband services over FTTH (fibre to the home) solution for residential subscribers. Customers are expected to reap benefits in the form of faster upload and download speeds, and reduced latency.

Jasim Al Awadi, vice president, network infrastructure and services, du, said: “The introduction of 20GB adds to many of our other firsts and accomplishments on the network front in the UAE, and the region.
