Sudatel Telecom Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Egypt Telecom for the provision of optimal and cutting edge connectivity between Sudan and Egypt. The MoU also entails expansion of their mutual cooperation in the international traffic space and cross-company exchange of professional expertise across all fields of telecom.

The MoU was signed by Eng. Tarig Hamza Zeinelabdin, CEO of Sudatel and Eng. Tamir Gad Allah, president and managing director of Egypt Telecom. It is being considered as a starting point of series of consecutive collaborations between the two companies to collectively lead the emergence of Africa in the agile world of telecommunications.

Eng. Tarig Zeinelabdein, Sudatel’s CEO said: ‘’ I’m very delighted about our collaboration with a renowned company like ET. It is one of the leading telcos in the MENA region and I believe our both companies have the required infrastructure and capabilities to be positioned as Africa’s gateway to the world’’.
