CommsMEA is happy to announce the companies shortlisted for the CommsMEA Awards 2016.

The final winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony in front of 200-plus leading lights from the MEA region’s telecoms sector during a gala dinner at the Conrad Dubai on November 9.

Executives including telecom CEOs, vendors, ministers and regulators are set to attend the eleventh edition of the event, which celebrates success and innovation in the telecoms sector.

This year, there are 15 awards with few new categories as well keeping in line with the trends of the market.

This year's judging panel consists of Paul Black, director of telecoms, media and IoT, IDC Middle East, Turkey & Africa; Erik Almqvist, managing director, goetzpartners management consultants; Dr. Riad Hartani, partner, Xona; Dr Abdul Malek Al Jaber, president & managing partner, Peppers & Rogers group (EMEA); Laurent Viviez, partner, A.T. Kearney’s global communications, media & high tech practice, MEA; Akshay Lamba, ‎chief information officer, Deloitte Middle East; David Panhans, partner and managing director, the Boston Consulting Group; Tareq Masarweh, lead analyst - consulting at Ovum (an Informa business) and Dr. Raymond Khoury, executive vice-president, Booz Allen Hamilton.
