Batelco has expanded its Enterprise Help Desk services to support mobile services including fault reporting. The centre, which was launched early in 2016, is dedicated to the needs of business customers to support them with any issues that may arise with their Batelco services.

Batelco Bahrain CEO Eng. Muna Al Hashemi said that Batelco introduced a single point of contact, 81888, to enhance and simplify the process of supporting business customers. “This enterprise help desk has been developed to effectively boost customer experience and add satisfaction for the enterprise sector. Having one effective point of contact for all business customers on any service really boosts the strong relationship we enjoy with our business customers,” she said.

The enterprise help desk also looks after the needs of Batelco’s portfolio of global customers and partners, who can reach the centre from outside of Bahrain by calling +973 17881888. Furthermore, Batelco offers alternative channels such as eServices and Batelco Chat service to provide additional ways for business customers to reach out for support.
