Batelco Group appoints Muna Al Hashemi new deputy CEO

Batelco Group has appointed Muna Al Hashemi as deputy CEO of the Batelco Group. Eng. Al Hashemi has held the role of Batelco Bahrain CEO since 2015.

Al Hashemi joined Batelco as a trainee graduate in 1994, and held roles in several of Batelco’s divisions before being appointed as CEO of Batelco Bahrain. The depth of knowledge of various functional units and processes that she gained in her diverse roles, including the experience gained as Bahrain CEO, provides her with the necessary skills for the role of deputy CEO.

Batelco Chairman, Shaikh  Mohamed Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa  congratulated Muna on the new appointment and looks forward to working alongside her to ensure the delivery of Batelco’s future goals.“Muna has proven herself to be an invaluable member of the Batelco senior leaders team over the past few years and the experience she has gained will be a great benefit to Batelco Group.”
