The Saudi Telecom Company (STC), represented by its enterprise unit, STC Business, and Tech Mahindra have entered into a strategic alliance. The aim is to primarily enable the Saudi Vision 2030 through innovations in digitalisation across various sectors.

The alliance will leverage STC’s cloud and IoT platforms, its expansive national backbone, and the reach and penetration of its fixed and mobile networks, matched to the experience of Tech Mahindra’s across digital transformation backed by its expertise in newer technologies such as IoT, big data and analytics, machine learning and robotic process automation (RPA) among others.

STC SVP of Enterprise, Dr. Tarig M. Enaya said: “Digitisation is key to the success of Vision 2030’s transformation objectives, which is why we are partnering with Tech Mahindra to innovate around the cloud and IoT, and encourage innovation across the eco-system with the solutions and usage cases we develop together”.

Tech Mahindra will also be organising several knowledge transfer activities, aimed at creating jobs for experienced Saudi ICT professionals by providing the youth with high quality technical training.
