Etisalat's fixed-line home customers will now benefit from unlimited international calling as part of their plan.

The unlimited international calling plan is applicable to any of Etisalat's home phone services, including eLife services, which new and existing customers can benefit from.

To take advantage, customers must subscribe to the specific package, priced at AED 150 per month, to which customers can make unlimited calls to the country of their choice.

Khaled ElKhouly, chief consumer officer, Etisalat said: "The new ‘Unlimited International Calling Plan' is another example of how we are constantly evolving our services to meet the growing needs of our customers in the country. The new unlimited International calling plan means customers can keep in touch with their loved ones for a convenient price from the comfort of their home."

There is not contractual obligation, allowing customers to discontinue or resume services at any time. However fair usage policies apply to avoid unusual usage behaviour. The usage limits can be checked on Etisalat's website or its toll free call centre number 800101.
