Samsung Gulf Electronics is kicking off the year by bringing the Galaxy A8 and A8+ to the UAE.

The Galaxy A8 and A8+ both offer a modern and sleek design, with a slim glass and metal frame. Samsung has designed the devices with smooth curves and a comfortable grip, along with 2.5D glass on the front and 3D curved glass on the back.

Both models include Samsung's Infinity Display offering an enhanced viewing experience when watching movies or playing games. A first for the Galaxy A series, the A8 and A8+ includes a 16MP+8MP F1.0 dual front camera. It also consists of Live Focus and two separate cameras enabling users to switch between the two to allow for bright and clear selfies.

The Galaxy A8 features a 5'6-inch screen, with 4GB RAM, 64GB of internal storage and a 3,000mAh battery. Whereas the Galaxy A8+ models a 6-inch screen and 4/6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and 3,500mAh battery. Both devices will run Android 7.1.1 operating system and include fast charging.

The Galaxy A8 and A8+ is available in Black, Gold and Orchid Grey across all major retailers in UAE, for the price of AED 1799 and AED 1999, respectively, excluding VAT.
