Flytxt has secured a software as services agreement with Viettel Telecom in Vietnam.  Flytxt will implement the technology along with its partner COMIT, a regional system integrator.

Flytxt will activate its proprietary technology NEON-dX across parts of the Viettel network, providing the telco with artificial intelligence-driven automated marketing that offers improved, personalised service for Viettel consumers in Vietnam. NEON-dX will enable Viettel to better understand its customers by learning their behaviour and predicting what they want in real time, creating deeper and longer relationships.

According to Flytxt, the product consistently delivers 2-7% uplift on net revenue for its telecom clients.

Along with NEON-dX, Flytxt will provide business consulting services to help Viettel realise expected customer engagement results.

NEON-dX has been deployed in over 40 countries with leading companies including: multiple markets of Vodafone, Axiata, MTN, America Movil, Zain and Airtel. The agreement means eight mobile telecoms operators in Asia are now using Flytxt solutions, including markets of Vodafone, Axiata, Etisalat and Hutchison 3G.

The big data analytics market alone is expected to reach $275 billion by the end of 2023 with approximately 12% CAGR from 2017 – 2023, with technology, communications, and financial services as the leading industries to adopt artificial in the next three years.
