If you're the kind of person who likes to stay updated on the go, then this is the deal for you.

Phone network Etisalat is offering 1GB of full-speed data for Dhs1 and there are no catches.

1GB of data would let you browse approximately 3,000 web pages, send 1.5 million WhatsApp messages or upload 4,000 photos to Facebook.

Customers can enjoy blazing fast 4G LTE speeds with the deal, which is available for a limited time only.

It's perfect for showing off that beautiful Dubai weather that we've got right now, or staying in touch to arrange brunch.

The plan will automatically renew every 24 hours until it's cancelled, meaning you don't need to worry about constantly re-subscribing.

To sign up, customers need to visit the My Etisalat UAE app or dial 10111# from their phone on the network.

While 4G is incredibly fast, Etisalat recently announced that it's launching 5G networks later this year.

The UAE’s biggest telecoms operator is setting up 600 5G towers to provide coverage to its customers throughout the region.

Also known as the fifth generation wireless network, 5G will be able to reach speeds around 4.5Gbps, while the current 4G network can go at around 600Mbps.

How much faster can it get?
