Life is getting harder for Huawei.

Huawei phones will no longer receive Android updates, after Google severed ties with the Chinese company.

The move follows an executive order by US president Donald Trump banning use of Huawei kit in the US, citing spying fears.

Other companies including Intel and Qualcomm have also severed ties.

Huawei and Chinese state media have vehemently denied the allegations.
