du is making it easier for customers to stay connected when travelling overseas with the launch of a roaming bundle, which features unlimited calling and 2.5GB of data for 300 dirhams for seven days.

This means customers will no longer need to buy a local sim card to enjoy telco benefits, enabling them to enjoy hassle-free calling back home (to the UAE), calls within a visited destination and to 47 countries – all from their own UAE number. With this roaming bundle, du is connecting customers to their friends and family while travelling this summer, at attractive and affordable rates. This ensures customers have a convenient, stress-free experience to allow them more time to focus on what matters most while overseas.

‘Seamless connectivity, wherever you go’

Fahad Al Hassawi, deputy CEO for telco services at du parent company EITC, said: “We place huge emphasis on providing customer-centric solutions that present both value and convenience to our customers. We also strive to deliver the best possible telco experience to customers, even when they travel abroad. Packed with data and minutes, this roaming bundle will enhance our subscribers’ connectivity while travelling overseas and minimise their current pain points.”

‘Hassle-free travel experiences’

By subscribing to the roaming bundle, customers no longer have to worry about the rigors associated with mobile connectivity while travelling. Through the delivery of a hassle-free bundle with attractive rates, customers can now call or message home, as well as numerous other destinations, as soon as they land from their personal UAE number. This means they can connect to the internet or call a taxi the moment they land.
