STC has announced that it has elected nine new members to its board, following an Ordinary General Assembly meeting held at the company head office in Riyadh.

The new board members are: HRH. Prince Mohammed K. ALFaisal, H.E. Dr. Khaled H. Biyari, H.E. Mohammed Talal Al-Nahhas, Rashid Ibrahim Sharif, Sanjay Kapoor, Roy Chestnutt, Prof. Ibrahim A. AlKadi, Osama Al-Khiary and Ahmed Mohammed Al-Omran. Their tenure will run until April 28, 2021.

The meeting also approved the appointment of the External Auditors (Ernst & Young & Co) as recommended by the Audit Committee from among the nominees to audit the company interim financial statement for Q2,Q3,Q4 and the annual audited financial statements for the year 2018, and Q1 for the year 2019, and the approval of their remuneration, and approved the discharge of the members of the Board of Directors from liability for the year ended 31/12/2017.
