AYO Technology Solutions has acquired 30% of British Telecommunications South Africa (BTSA) shares, according to reports.

AYO has acquired the stake from African Equity Empowerment Investments (AEEI). AYO CEO Kevin Hardy said the strategic relationship and incorporation of the BTSA products and services into the AYO ecosystem, along with its empowerment credentials, allow AYO to engage with a greater number of large multinationals operating in South Africa and abroad.
