With its introduction in the UAE, it becomes the first overseas country outside of mainland China to receive Huawei Care, the company's advanced smartphone services. Huawei's aims at providing the best quality services to customers and with the introduction of Huawei Care in the UAE, the company reiterates its focus.
In the UAE, Huawei Care will enable customers to purchase two services. The Huawei Care (Extended Warranty) will extend the original manufacture warranty from one year to two years whereas Huawei Care (Screen Damage Warranty) will enable users to claim free screen repair or replacement on their smartphones, one year from the date of purchase.
David Wang, the UAE's country manager at Huawei CBG said “When customers purchase a Huawei product, they are acquiring an innovation-packed device with premium design, craftsmanship and intelligent technology. It is only natural they will seek to protect it from unforeseen accidents. We are happy to introduce Huawei Care in the UAE as the first overseas country, and this reflects our commitment to Huawei ongoing efforts to create a new level of customer service capability in the UAE, one that sees Huawei customers can access extended after sales care service as part of their Huawei product experience. Moreover, it enunciates our alignment with the UAE government agenda in terms of elevating customer satisfaction across different industries including smartphones.”
Consumers will be able to purchase Huawei Care for their mobile phones from Huawei stores, service centers and its e-commerce platform starting in August. As a warranty service provided by the vendor, the availability of original spare parts, high standards and reliable service quality is an advantage.
