US NSA again under fire for collecting phone records

The US National Security Agency (NSA) is once agian under fire for improperly collecting phone call records of Americans.

The improper colelction is alleged to have occurred last October. 

It comes after the NSA previously claimed the problem was fixed.

The programme also came under fire when it was exposed by Edward Snowden in 2013.
